Role and Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies tailored to Niuro’s business objectives and global clientele.
Manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance improvement.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to maximize ROI.
Collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and project goals.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to adapt and innovate Niuro’s digital marketing tactics.
Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who demonstrates strong expertise in conceptualizing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. A data-driven approach to measuring and improving marketing effectiveness is essential.

Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and marketing metrics, along with an ability to translate insights into strategic actions, are required. The role demands excellent communication skills in conversational English to effectively collaborate with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.

We value candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote work setting, maintaining high levels of independence and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and SEO/SEM techniques will be highly advantageous. Knowledge of additional advertising networks beyond Google and Meta is a plus.
