· Monitor brand portals (e.g., Altria Insights) for scan data submission statuses and error messages
· Respond to support requests with empathy and clarity, providing accurate timelines and next steps.
· Respond to brand email inquiries with professionalism using approved templates and workflows
· Support multi-destination submission workflows, such as individual retailer site submissions and consolidated uploads
· Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders to assess whether resolution is required at the platform or retailer level.
· Tag and escalate unclear or recurring errors to the Scan Data Engineering Team
· Track submission status per retailer/site and log interactions with brands in internal systems
· Identify and match file errors to brand-specific error codes using defined workflows
· Coordinate timing of re-submissions or follow-ups based on feedback from brand portals or emails
· Assist in generating weekly file audit summaries and status reports
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in English written communication, especially via email
· Comfortable navigating online portals and managing shared inboxes
· Experience using spreadsheets to track data
· Ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed
· Availability to work at least 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Nice to Have (Not Required)
· Familiarity with scan data programs from Altria or RJR
· Experience using support ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.)
· Background in retail, B2B support, or data entry
· Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
