GOTAP connects top-tier creators with mobile apps and games, delivering measurable CPI and CPA campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. We help brands grow by turning creator engagement into user acquisition—without upfront costs or custom content. As a Business Development Associate, you will help expand our advertiser base, uncover strategic partnerships, and broaden GOTAP’s footprint in verticals such as eCommerce, gaming, fintech, and on-demand services. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and growth marketing, offering hands-on exposure to the influencer and adtech space and opportunities to advance quickly within a global team.

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory). Bonus: other languages are a plus.
• Interest in sales, lead generation, and partnerships with a growth mindset.
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely in a cross-time-zone environment.
• Prior experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial but not mandatory; we value the willingness to learn and adapt.
• Eager to learn about adtech, influencer marketing, and performance campaigns in a fast-paced startup context.
