We are looking for talent as Agent Call Center Trainee. You will be responsible for remotely troubleshooting our customers' heating, lighting and cooling equipment to reduce energy costs and optimize equipment performance.

Job functions

  1. Process Inbound and outbound Call Center Phone calls
  2. Create and process Ticket Requests documenting work performed.
  3. Remote Troubleshooting skills utilized to respond to and proactively address issues from customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.
  4. Provide telephone support and propose troubleshooting for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.

Qualifications and requirements

  1. Preferably recent graduates from university or institute. Student of business administration
  2. Flexibility to work either an 8-hour shift for 5 days or a 10-hour shift for 4 days, with opportunities for overtime.
  3. Language proficiency, native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
  4. Reliable power supply, wired high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free environment to optimize remote work capabilities.
  5. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment, focused on providing solutions.
  6. Capability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical personnel.
  7. Collaborative mindset.
