Job functions

Our Trilingual Corporate Customer Service Associates are organized, innovative and proactive, always willing to provide corporate assistance to our clients in English or French, solving doubts and providing accurate information about services and products. They must provide excellent service to customers' accounts, satisfying their needs for information and guiding them effectively to solve problems. They like to team up with coworkers, guaranteeing that we exceed our customer's expectations on every contact.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Advanced English level, written and spoken
  • Advanced French Level written and spoken
  • No experience is needed.
