3-5 years of full stack development experience, with a proven track record in AI & API integration
Expertise in AI agents and code building platforms (GPT, Claude, Replit, Cursor) and AI>AI chain prompting
Proficient in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python, Node.js) development
Experience with NLP libraries for semantic text processing and web scraping
Master of rapid prototyping and iterative development
Excellent communicator who can explain complex ideas and rally the team around new concepts
Always learning, always experimenting, always sharing knowledge

- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, must have at least 4 hours overlap with New York time per day)
- Weekly team meetings

Holidays: 10 paid per year
- After 60 days: 2 total accrued
