Key Responsibilities:

Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for CDP-related engagements.
Coordinate activities between strategy, operations, engineering, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain regular communication cadence and thorough documentation across all stakeholders.
Identify risks and blockers early, collaborating with team leads to resolve them promptly and keep projects on track.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivery or project management roles within data, digital, or product environments.
Strong familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including data integration workflows and marketing technology stack coordination.
Comfortable and skilled at translating requirements and technical information between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple teams and align priorities.
Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify risks and facilitate solutions effectively.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience with specific CDP platforms, knowledge of martech environments, or hands-on experience supporting marketing operations would be a plus. Skills in agile methodologies and familiarity with cloud-based project management tools are also beneficial. Strong leadership capabilities and experience working in international, distributed teams will add value in this role.
