We’re seeking a performance-driven, AI-powered Copywriter to create high-converting ads, emails, and occasional landing page/website copy across multiple clients.

This role blends creative speed, brand precision, and AI expertise. You’ll leverage our Google Drive as a client copy database, generate fast copy variations with AI, and maintain master brand copy docs to ensure consistency.

Role and Responsibilities

✏️ AI-Powered Copywriting

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Copy.ai or Jasper) to generate fast, high-quality copy variations.
Tailor messaging for multiple clients while maintaining individual brand voices.
Rapidly iterate and A/B test ad and email copy to boost performance.

📧 Ads, Emails & Landing Pages

Craft scroll-stopping ad copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs) for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
Develop email copy for campaigns and flows (welcome series, promotions, abandoned cart, etc.).
Write conversion-focused landing pages and website messaging when needed.

📂 Brand Copy Management

Maintain and update Master Brand Copy Docs for each client based on approved revisions and edits.
Organize and manage copy libraries in Google Drive, ensuring the latest approved copy is easily accessible.
Serve as a guardian of brand voice, documenting adjustments and messaging updates across all campaigns.

🤝 Client-Facing Responsiveness

Quickly address client comments and implement revisions while preserving brand integrity.
Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Account Managers to ensure alignment between messaging and visuals.
Utilize performance insights and competitor research to inform copy improvements.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in copywriting (ads, email, landing pages, or DTC/e-commerce preferred).
Expert at AI-driven copywriting: able to generate, refine, and adapt copy across brands efficiently.
Strong English writing and editing skills (native-level fluency required).
Deep understanding of short-form, performance-oriented copywriting.
Experience managing brand voice documentation and copy libraries.

Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple client brands simultaneously.

Desired but Not Essential Skills

Familiarity with Klaviyo or ESPs for email.
Comfortable interpreting performance metrics (CTR, CTOR, CVR) for optimization.
Experience in high-volume creative testing environments.
