• Take responsibility for the entire user experience design process for a digital product:
• Contribute to the product roadmap with innovative and disruptive ideas, within an agile and multifunctional environment, encouraging team collaboration, open communication and with a strong Human-Centered Approach (HCD)
• Must have experience in all aspects of UX design, from problem understanding, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, user research, and people creation; to the mapping of the information architecture, journey maps, process flows, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing and design iteration until the final design deliver to the development team.
• Deliver the visual design that must effectively communicate detailed design strategies and interaction behaviors.
• Serve as a liaison with the PO and strategic Stakeholders to establish achievable objectives and KPIs from the user experience.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, from primary and secondary sources to make design decisions.

• Be passionate about HCD.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Designer or UX Designer role.
• Portfolio that demonstrates capacity and technical knowledge with a variety of clients, desirable with experience in retail and Ecommerce.
• Strong user and Human-Centered approach (HCD) with strong visual design skills.
• Knowledge of Analytics and data analysis, branding, marketing, technology, trends, visual design, usability, accessibility, disruptive design and innovation, collaborative work in agile frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of the technical tools involved in each of the stages of the digital experience design process.
• University studies: Graphic or Advertising Design, User Interface Design, UX Design, Digital Marketing and alike.
• Technical knowledge / systems: Figma, Maze or similar, Invision, Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar, Miro.
• Optimal but optional: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe suite, MS Office.
