• Responsible for the quality of delivery of changes Development of test plans and scripts for assigned changes that will include positive and negative testing.
• Creation/Discovery of test data to support testing. Execution of test cases for new application features as well as existing application features Facilitating meetings with clients and/or other business team members to elicit requirements.
• Creation of test data Working with the requestors on testing and troubleshooting
• Performing production validation and troubleshooting Assisting in managing the queue of requests and reporting out progress to the business
• Utilize advanced technical skills in SAP, Lab Manufacturing systems, and Azure Dev Ops
• Facilitating meetings/task groups, tracks and influences task progress, tracks deliverables, etc. to effectively deal with testing issues.
• Leading cross functional resources and teams to gather requirements and use cases for business systems using industry standard methodologies to elicit, analyze, document, validate and maintain requirements.
• Developing system and process improvement recommendations by leveraging business and technology experience Effectively managing time and ensuring that all project deadlines are met, and the delivery of the project meets expectations.
• Keeping project manager informed of status, progress, and major issues.
• Maintaining system documentation to reflect application uses including customizations and configuration standard operating procedures.
• Archiving project documentation, test results and any relevant information that might be required for an audit and obtaining appropriate approvals.
• Actively resolving day-to-day technology questions and troubleshooting business needs, focusing on process problem analysis and solutions
• Participating in deployments to production Completing other projects and duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or commensurate
• Experience 8-10 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (Manager) +5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (Second Resource) Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries.
• Experience with software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box, grey-box and white-box testing.
• Experience in Test Automation writing and execution.
• Experience communicating by phone and face-to-face with customers collecting requirements and implementation details and implementing solutions.
• Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, mockups, and testing.
• Clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services which support applications and users in the organization.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills using MS Applications Strong organizational/leadership skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent advanced degree Experience in a retail or healthcare environment highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages used in test automation.
