You'll own the project layer across both Stacklist and Stacklab.
On the Stacklist side, that means managing the flow of concierge work: client hub builds, content maintenance, onboarding projects, and the team executing them. When a new client signs up or a batch of onboardings comes in, you make sure every build is scoped, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time.
On the Stacklab side, that means managing design and development client projects: timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communication with the team doing the work.
You'll own Linear (our project management tool) and be responsible for making sure everything that's being worked on has a clear owner, timeline, and status. You'll run standups, flag blockers early, keep the CEO informed on what matters, and make sure the team knows what to focus on each day.
This is not a content creation role. You won't be building hubs or writing code. You'll be the person who makes sure the people doing that work have what they need and deliver on schedule.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own and manage all projects across Stacklist concierge and Stacklab client work in Linear
- Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Assign work, track progress, and follow up daily to keep builds moving
- Run daily or weekly standups and post team digests so everyone knows priorities
- Flag blockers, dependencies, and risks before they become problems
- Coordinate across a small distributed team (content specialists, designers, developers)
- Keep the CEO informed with clear, concise status updates (not novels)
- Manage client project timelines and make sure deliverables ship on schedule
- Improve and document processes as you learn what works and what doesn't
- Help manage onboarding volume as concierge scales
