About Stacklist
Stacklist is a social curation network where businesses and people build hubs of organized, browsable content from across the internet. Think of it as the place where everything a business publishes, recommends, or wants customers to find lives together, organized by topic instead of buried in feeds.
We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, hotels, and hospitality businesses. We're early, growing fast, and backed by angel investors. Small team, real ownership.
We also operate Stacklab, a design and web development consulting studio that takes on client projects. Both business lines run through the same small team, which means project management is critical.
Own the project layer across two business lines: a B2B SaaS platform and a design/dev consulting studio. Keep teams coordinated, timelines tight, and nothing falling through the cracks.

The Role

You'll own the project layer across both Stacklist and Stacklab.
On the Stacklist side, that means managing the flow of concierge work: client hub builds, content maintenance, onboarding projects, and the team executing them. When a new client signs up or a batch of onboardings comes in, you make sure every build is scoped, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time.
On the Stacklab side, that means managing design and development client projects: timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communication with the team doing the work.
You'll own Linear (our project management tool) and be responsible for making sure everything that's being worked on has a clear owner, timeline, and status. You'll run standups, flag blockers early, keep the CEO informed on what matters, and make sure the team knows what to focus on each day.
This is not a content creation role. You won't be building hubs or writing code. You'll be the person who makes sure the people doing that work have what they need and deliver on schedule.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Own and manage all projects across Stacklist concierge and Stacklab client work in Linear
  • Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
  • Assign work, track progress, and follow up daily to keep builds moving
  • Run daily or weekly standups and post team digests so everyone knows priorities
  • Flag blockers, dependencies, and risks before they become problems
  • Coordinate across a small distributed team (content specialists, designers, developers)
  • Keep the CEO informed with clear, concise status updates (not novels)
  • Manage client project timelines and make sure deliverables ship on schedule
  • Improve and document processes as you learn what works and what doesn't
  • Help manage onboarding volume as concierge scales

Who This Is For

  • You have 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or consulting environment
  • You're organized to the point where other people comment on it
  • You communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
  • You're comfortable owning a project end-to-end: scoping, scheduling, tracking, and delivering
  • You can manage multiple workstreams at once without losing track of details
  • You're proactive: you surface problems before anyone asks, and you come with a plan
  • You're proficient in our tool stack: Slack for communication, Linear for project management. If you've used Jira, Asana, or Monday seriously, Linear will feel familiar, but experience with Linear specifically is a plus.
  • You actively use AI tools in your work: Claude, ChatGPT, or similar. We're not looking for someone who's curious about AI. We want someone who already uses it daily to move faster, draft documents, summarize information, and solve problems. This is a core part of how we operate.
  • You're comfortable working with technical teams (designers, engineers) even if you're not technical yourself
  • You want to be in a small team where your work directly affects the company

Who This Is NOT For
  • Someone who needs to be told what to do every day
  • Someone who tracks tasks but doesn't drive outcomes
  • Someone who avoids difficult conversations about timelines or blockers
  • Someone looking for a pure content, design, or engineering role
  • Someone who isn't comfortable working across two business lines with different rhythms
  • Someone who hasn't used AI tools beyond surface-level experimentation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Linear specifically (not just Jira or Asana)
  • Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
  • Experience managing both SaaS product operations and client services simultaneously
  • Background in agency, consulting, or professional services project management
  • Familiarity with Figma, Slack workflows, or Notion
  • Spanish/English bilingual (not required, but useful for LATAM team coordination)

Details

  • Full-time, remote
  • Open to candidates in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and other LATAM countries
  • Within +/- 2 hours of US Eastern Time preferred
  • Reports to the CEO
  • Compensation: $2,500/month USD, paid semi-monthly in USD
