This role involves engaging with US-based customers, guiding them through product selection, and delivering a premium buying experience. You’ll work closely with our remote team and interact directly with customers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, recommending products, and closing sales. We’re looking for candidates with advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and the ability to communicate confidently with US-based customers. Prior experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles is preferred, especially in international environments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable handling conversations via phone, chat, and email, and able to guide customers through purchase decisions in a consultative manner. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building rapport quickly. A reliable remote setup, including stable internet and a quiet workspace, is essential. Experience with e-commerce or premium products is a plus.
