Project/Department focus: As Director of Operations, you will lead the entire operational engine—encompassing production, scheduling, procurement, and logistics—across the organization. You will drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution, ensuring seamless alignment between production output and customer needs. Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams, establish and monitor KPIs, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement programs to support rapid growth and high-quality output.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize all operational functions at Marie Originals. This leadership role is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and execution across the organization. You will oversee production, scheduling, procurement, and logistics, and will develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability. You will lead and manage cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, and track performance to ensure alignment between production, customer demands, and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing, production, or chemical environments, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people leadership skills. You will be comfortable driving continuous improvement initiatives and partnering with executive leadership to scale operations in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
