Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including transaction recording, account reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Assist in preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in compliance with US accounting standards.
Help with payroll processing and ensure adherence to US tax laws and reporting requirements.
Maintain up-to-date financial records and organize documentation for audits.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Stay current on USA accounting regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
Mandatory Requirements:
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Knowledge of USA finance and accounting systems, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
English proficiency (B2 or higher) for effective communication.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with USA payroll and tax filing procedures.
Familiarity with US tax regulations for small businesses or startups.
Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
