CobraX Creative is a Dallas-based full-service digital marketing agency delivering complete marketing systems for clients across mutliple niches from self-storage, automotive, HVAC, flooring, electronics, and home services. We excel at Meta Ads, funnels, landing pages, CRM automation, and AI integrations so our clients get an end-to-end system, not disconnected campaigns. We are looking for someone to dominate our Google Ads sector. We’re hiring a specialist who can own Google Ads completely: auditing and restructuring existing live client accounts from day one, and building new Google Ads accounts from scratch for clients without any existing Google Ads presence. As CobraX grows, the account load grows with it.

What this role requires

We are looking for a Google Ads specialist who can own Google Ads end-to-end from day one.
  • Audit, restructure, and optimize live client Google Ads accounts immediately.
  • Build new Google Ads accounts from scratch for clients with no existing Google Ads presence.
  • Work with campaign architecture and lead effective keyword strategy.
  • Optimize Quality Score by improving ad relevance and landing-page alignment.
  • Manage bid strategy and bid adjustments with a performance mindset.
  • Ensure UTM tracking and conversion tracking setup are correct and measurable.
  • Apply location-based targeting appropriately across the client base.
  • Write clean, conversion-focused ad copy.
  • Document every process we build as repeatable SOPs so the team can learn and scale what you know.
This is not a set-it-and-forget-it role. We expect you to communicate proactively, flag issues before they become problems, and bring ideas without being asked.

What this role requires (and what it is not)

To succeed in this role, we need someone who can walk into any Google Ads account and immediately identify what is broken—and then fix it.
Core requirements
  • Strong command of Google Ads systems, including campaign architecture, keyword strategy, and Quality Score optimization.
  • Ability to manage bid management with clear reasoning tied to performance.
  • Comfort implementing and validating UTM tracking and conversion tracking so results are measurable.
  • Knowledge of location-based targeting at a high level (and ability to apply it correctly).
  • Ability to write ad copy that is clean and converts.
  • Process discipline: you will document everything into repeatable SOPs.
Communication & collaboration
  • Strong English communication (we expect clarity and ownership).
  • We require weekly reporting and proactive issue-spotting.
  • You should be proactive: flag issues early, prevent problems, and bring ideas without waiting for prompts.
What this role is not
  • This is not an entry-level role.
  • This is not a reporting-only position.
  • This is not a role where you set campaigns and disappear.
Long-term fit
We’re looking for long-term engagement for the right person—someone who will truly own Google Ads performance and help us build scalable systems as CobraX grows.

Desirable but helpful

We’d love it if you also bring experience in:
  • Rebuilding Google Ads accounts with a structured approach (audit → restructure → optimization plan → iteration).
  • Working with multiple verticals, particularly self-storage and local service businesses.
  • Advanced tracking validation (ensuring conversion data integrity across the funnel).
  • Building SOPs and training internal teammates based on what you’ve implemented.
  • Clear performance reporting that ties changes to measurable outcomes.
Any proof of strong account ownership and results—audits, restructures, and post-change performance improvements—would be a strong signal.
