• Help us make and on-board freelance hires at hyper speed (<1 week of assignment)
• Work with our Product, Eng and Operations team to create candidate assessments, project plans and job descriptions.
• Be our LATAM main point of contact for recruiting: help us identify and source the top talent, determine the best recruiting sources
• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple senior open positions including developing job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate to develop a compelling recruitment strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase recruiting’s efficiency
• Come up with creative messaging for drip campaigns across roles
