What you are going to do

Make cold calls to potential clients in the U.S. to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to build rapport and further the sales process.
Present products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Actively seek and identify new business opportunities with clients, ensuring a proactive approach to sales.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a call center, specifically in sales (+1 years)
Advanced English proficiency (capable of making calls to U.S.-based clients)
Previous experience in cold calling
Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, good problem-solving skills, adaptability and quick learning to adjust to client needs and sales strategies.
