You would own the systems behind revenue across sales, marketing, and customer success, working closely with the revenue leaders so the team can sell instead of fighting their stack. As RevOps Manager you own the systems behind revenue: CRM, automation, data, and reporting across sales, marketing, and customer success. You make the pipeline trustworthy, the forecast real, and the manual busywork disappear, and you are the person leaders ask when they need to know what is actually happening.
Success looks like: within 90 days the pipeline and forecast are clean and trusted, reporting runs without manual patching, and you have automated at least one painful manual process.
