Senior Principal Architect (AI & Platform Modernization) en Niuro

This is a Principal Architect role for a technical leader who drives transformation, not just plans it. You will own two parallel initiatives: re-platforming a complex legacy stack and architecting the foundation for a new AI-driven product suite. The work spans system assessment, target-state design, and hands-on guidance through execution. You will serve as the technical anchor for engineering teams, making build-vs-buy decisions, de-risking delivery timelines, and ensuring architectural coherence across application, integration, and data layers. This is a builder-architect position: deep involvement in implementation with executive-level accountability for outcomes.

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled systems from architecture through production
• Demonstrated success re-platforming legacy technology stacks at scale
• Deep expertise in data modeling, distributed systems design, and cross-system integration architecture
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams, preferably within LATAM time zones
• C1 English level or higher
