You will work closely with our engineering team to translate product requirements into reliable systems, support iterative improvements, and contribute to building maintainable services that perform well in production.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Full-Stack & AI Developer to help us deliver production-grade features across our web platform and AI-enabled components.

Develop and maintain full-stack functionality, from UI/UX integration to backend services.
Design, implement, and integrate AI features (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, intelligent recommendations, or automation) into existing products.
Collaborate with teammates to convert requirements into technical designs and incremental delivery plans.
Write clean, testable code and contribute to engineering best practices.
Run and troubleshoot development and integration issues across the stack.
Participate in technical reviews, provide feedback, and help improve system quality.
Work with an EST-aligned schedule and communicate progress clearly.

Our goal is to build reliable systems that ship quickly while maintaining scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role at Geniesoft Inc, we expect strong communication and the ability to work effectively with our team.

English communication skills: strong verbal and written communication to collaborate, clarify requirements, and share updates.
Experience level: experience is not the primary requirement; candidates with 3+ years are welcome, but motivated junior engineers can be considered.
Technical skills: ability to pass our technical test and demonstrate practical problem-solving across full-stack development and AI integration concepts.
Time zone availability: able to work in the EST time zone to support real-time collaboration and delivery cadence.
Collaboration mindset: proactive communication, willingness to ask questions, and ownership of assigned tasks.
Quality focus: care for code quality, testing, and maintainable architecture.

Desirable

Experience working in agile teams and contributing to iterative delivery.
Comfort explaining technical decisions clearly and documenting key changes.
