Key Responsibilities

  • PRDs & Feature Specs
Own the creation of clear, actionable product requirements. Engineering builds from what you write — clarity matters.
  • Backlog & Ticket Management
Create, prioritize, and groom tickets in Jira (or similar). You are the bridge between product decisions and engineering execution.
  • Release Notes
Document every shipped feature clearly and consistently.
  • Feature Adoption & Performance
Track usage and performance post-launch. Identify what’s working, what’s not, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
  • QA Collaboration
Partner closely with QA and engineering — staying close enough to the details to catch issues before release.
You’ll Also Support
  • Customer Interviews & Feedback
Participate in customer conversations to build strong product intuition and improve decision-making.
  • Customer Escalations
Gain direct exposure to real user pain points and translate them into product improvements.
  • Competitive & Market Research
Contribute insights that help shape product direction.
  • Integrations & Vendor Evaluations
Assist in evaluating partners and translating business needs into product requirements.
What You’ll Work On (First 6–12 Months)
  • New Product Lines
Including desking/F&I, credit solutions, and managed advertising — all actively being built.
  • Core CRM Product
Continuous iteration on the platform dealers rely on daily.
  • Integrations & Platform Expansion
Connecting with lenders, data providers, and other dealership tools.
  • Customer Retention & Churn
Building features and feedback loops that improve long-term customer retention.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong written communication — able to create clear PRDs, tickets, and release notes that drive alignment
  • Proven experience shipping features end-to-end (discovery → spec → build → QA → launch → measurement)
  • Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams with broad ownership
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their role in supporting end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience with product tools like Jira (or similar), Figma, and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent)
  • Strong problem-solving skills — able to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM, automotive tech, or dealership software
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Exposure to growth, experimentation, or data-driven product development
  • Experience in early-stage or startup environments
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or technical concepts (not required, but helpful)

Benefits & Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus
  • Fully remote-first culture
  • Small team with direct access to leadership and high ownership from day one
  • Professional growth opportunities in a collaborative, product-focused environment
  • Join AutoRaptor and contribute to an impactful CRM solution for automotive dealer networks
