• Maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Portfolio maintenance and growth.
• Follow-up of selection processes with internal recruiting areas.
• Follow up on contracts, invoicing, and collections.
• Follow-up of professionals assigned to own portfolio.
• Understanding of IT profile specifications.

• Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.
• Proficient in CRM and Sales Navigator tools.
• 100% professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to generate interest in potential clients.
