Ruzora is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to help our partner companies build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure for innovative U.S. startups. You'll be responsible for designing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud resources, implementing security best practices, and ensuring high availability of production systems.

This role is perfect for engineers who love automation and solving complex infrastructure challenges.

This role is 100% remote. Candidates work from anywhere in LATAM. No office attendance required, no relocation needed, no travel expected.

Job functions:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools
Monitor system performance and implement reliability improvements
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
Implement security best practices and compliance requirements

Qualifications and requirements:

4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Excellent English communication skills (B2+)

Tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, Linux

Desirable skills:

Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Security certifications or experience with SOC2/HIPAA compliance
