In this role, we’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Latin America to join our remote team and act as the first point of contact for customers. You’ll help our clients maintain a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring each interaction is documented and followed up properly. You’ll support both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers, coordinate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience, and help ensure customer service standards like response time, quality, and satisfaction are consistently met.
